Your Ideas is a Non Profit making youth and community organisation based in Redditch, Worcestershire.
For over a decade, our purpose has been to enable all members of the community to identify projects or initiatives that will improve the quality of life for the community as a whole.
We deliver a highly diverse programme to ensure that each individual is provided with enough time and support.
We create an environment for the young people we work with that is appropriate and person centred, so they feel comfortable and valued as part of the project.
A significant portion of our work is carried out with vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups or individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.
Our
SUPPORT
Your Ideas supports a range of young people and adults from a variety of backgrounds. We specialise in supporting young people and adults on the Autistic Spectrum, those with behaviours that can challenge and those from hard to reach backgrounds.
We offer a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children, young people and young adults to gain confidence and positive coping strategies by trying new things, building positive relationships and having fun.
Your Ideas provides lots of activities through the week in our clubs and day time support services.
By doing this we reach children who are otherwise lost to the system, making real changes to their lives.
We operate from our large and well resourced centre that has an art room, kitchen, lounge pool room, fitness suite, gaming room and sensory garden.
We support nearly 200 young people a week and as such we do have waiting lists for some of our services.
