Positive Activities

(Art Club)

Art Club is our local youth club session for young people in our local community ages 8-15.

We offer Arts, crafts, cooking, sports and fitness, game play and trips out.

Priority for spaces at Art Club is given to local residents who live in our locality.

The Saturday Club is an extension of our Support Across The Spectrum Project. This is a group for adults on the Autistic Spectrum with low support needs to meet and socialise with others in our environment but also outside in the community. All places are needs assessed.

With support we introduce members of this club to workplace opportunities, new life skills and to help them make positive connections in their communities.

SEND Stay and Play

Your Ideas runs a weekly SEND stay and play group for ages 0-5.

Mondays 10 am - 12 pm at Your Ideas Matchborough.

We facilitate a wide range of nurturing, therapeutic, sensory, and messy play activities specifically for young children with additional needs.

We welcome families who are looking to meet other parents of children with SEND to form connections in a non-judgmental and safe environment while their children play.

Our workers have lived experience of being parents of children with SEND, have experience in running nursery provision, and are here to support you as parents and your children.

Snacks and drinks are provided at each session.

Outreach and Advocacy

Your Ideas supports the families of our membership by being advocates in supporting them to access their rights and entitlements for their young people.

We have a specialist team of Key Workers who outreach to young people 1:1 in schools and in the community through the Redditch Borough Council's RESPECT programme.
